Ten každoročně vzniká pod záštitou Klubu cystické fibrózy a modelkami jsou v něm pacientky trpící touto zákeřnou a zatím nevyléčitelnou nemocí. Autorem kalendáře je světoznámý fotograf Robert Vano.
